  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly. To ensure it arrives in your inbox, please add info@964made.com to your contacts—otherwise, it may end up in your junk or spam folder.

    If there are any issues with product availability or payment verification, we will contact you within 72 hours to resolve them.

    If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to us at info@964made.com.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming it has left our warehouse, along with your tracking details.

    Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active, as it may not work until the courier has collected your package. If you encounter any issues, contact us at info@964made.com with your name and order number.

  • If an item is not included in your delivery, it may have been removed due to being out of stock. We will notify you by email if any part of your order is unavailable.

    If you did not receive a notification and an item is still missing, please contact us immediately at info@964made.com with your name, order number, and details of the missing item(s).

    We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

    Please note: all claims for missing items must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Before reaching out to our customer service, please check the following:

    • Ensure you received a dispatch confirmation email.
    • Verify your tracking information included in that email.
    • Look for emails, phone calls, or delivery attempt notices from the courier; your package may be held at a local depot for collection or re-delivery.
    • Confirm no one at your address accepted the delivery on your behalf.
    • Although rare, check with neighbors in case the parcel was left with them.

  • All orders shipped from Canada may be subject to import fees depending on your country. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred.

    • EU: Standard shipping does not include duties or taxes. Fees may apply unless using FedEx or DHL, which cover them.
    • USA: Orders over US $800 may incur import duties, calculated at checkout. No additional charges are expected at delivery.
    • Australia: Orders over AUD $1000 may be subject to import fees. Please check with the Department of Home Affairs for details.
    • Canada: Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to import duties. However, GST or HST apply depending on the customer’s province or territory.

    All import fees, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside our control.

  • Products listed as pre-order are not immediately available but can be secured in advance. Payment is taken at the time of order.

    • Delivery times are displayed for each product, and an email will confirm the expected arrival date.
    • Pre-orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • If pre-order items are purchased alongside in-stock items, your order may be shipped in multiple parts.
