- Follow the on-screen steps to submit your return or exchange request.
- Once completed, a member of our Returns & Exchanges Team will reach out within 24–48 hours with detailed instructions and next steps.

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, returning it is simple.
- Regular Orders: You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Please carefully inspect all pieces before removing tags or discarding packaging. Each garment includes a visible tag — once removed, the item is considered worn and cannot be returned. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds and exchanges are issued once your item passes inspection.

- In new condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In their original packaging
- With all original tags securely attached
Any product showing signs of wear or failing to meet these standards may be declined.

Canada — $5.00
International — Calculated based on the weight of the items you are returning.If you’d rather handle your own return, you’re welcome to use any courier of your choice. In that case, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and all parcels must be sent to the return address listed on your packing slip.
When sending from outside Canada, clearly mark all customs forms as “Returned Goods.” Returns arriving with unpaid duties or import fees will not be accepted.
We recommend choosing a tracked and insured service for your protection, as 964Made cannot take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If you’re arranging your own shipment, please email info@964made.com before sending your parcel, including your order number, the items being returned, and the reason for return.

Once you’ve received your return label, pack your items carefully in their original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed.
If the original packaging is no longer available, use a sturdy corrugated box for protection. While mailer bags are accepted, 964Made is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.
All returns must include the original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached to each garment.
Attach your return label clearly on the top of the parcel before scheduling your collection or dropping it off at your nearest location.
For international returns, clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid delays at customs.

If you’d like to exchange an item, simply follow the steps in our returns portal. Once you’ve submitted your exchange request, your replacement item will be reserved and shipped as soon as your original return is received and approved.

After we receive and process your returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
