If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your delivery address upon request. However, once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes for security and insurance reasons. Our couriers can only deliver to the address confirmed at the time of shipment.

Your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to activate after your order has been shipped, as it only becomes valid once collected by the courier. If your tracking information hasn’t updated after this period, please contact us at info@964made.com with your name and order number for assistance.

We’ll do our best to accommodate any cancellation requests, provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Once your parcel has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to be returned after delivery.
